Client Contact
Our staff is trained to contact clients to obtain or confirm information on diagnosis, prescription, surgery and treatment. The clients report to us the hospital, pharmacy, clinic or doctor’s office information to request the corresponding records. We are very compassionate to establish contact with your clients.
Client Follow-Up/ Update
We also clarify details with the client and follow up with them on missing documents. Our staff is trained to assist assist attorneys, give client updates, except giving legal advice.

We use our medical facilities/ pharmacy database to speed up the process of submitting a request and receiving records. We also have established contacts and processes in private nd military hospitals.
Following up on requests and problem solving
In case a request is placed on hold or denied, we take action to remedy the problem. This might involve resending requests with specific HIPAA authorizations or specific documents such as Affidavit of Relationship, Death Certificate, Durable Power of Attorney, etc.
Letter of No Record Follow-Up
We contact the medical facilities to verify if they do not have the medical records that your client reported. Requests might not be processed correctly by facilities and we have found records in a good portion of cases.
Missing Records Follow-Up
We contact the medical facilities to provide us with relevant records that were not initially received such as Implant Sticker Page, Operative Reports, etc.
